In May 2018, the leadership team of HARMAN brought together approximately 50 of our female executives from around the world for our inaugural Women’s Leadership Summit. Attendees leveraged insights from D&I leaders from both HARMAN and and a variety of other leading companies to develop proposals for how we can make HARMAN an employer of choice for women. Their recommendations focused on how we can strengthen our pipeline of female talent, enhance our culture & environment, and develop and grow female talent.
