Women are successfully staking a greater foothold in organizational leadership—but we’re not there yet. The good news is that women are entering the workforce and stepping into management positions at the same rate as men. The bad news is that projections show women won’t be equally represented in leadership until 2085—that leaves a lot of runway to cover.
The Women in Leadership Institute is designed to engage and inspire high-performing women leaders toward accelerating their leadership abilities. Past attendees span Fortune 1000 companies, nonprofits, and global government agencies and include women team members, managers, directors, presidents, CEOs, and every level in between.
