This special broadcast of the MIT Forum for Equity from March 24, 2021, addresses challenges facing higher education leadership today.

Presidents emerita Drew Faust (Harvard) and Susan Hockfield (MIT) join Paula Johnson, President of Wellesley College, for a discussion of the particular obstacles women face at the helm of colleges and universities and offer insights on other topics surrounding equity and inclusion on campus.
