Caroline Codsi spent over two decades in the corporate world before founding Women in Governance, a non-profit organisation set up in 2010 to encourage women to advance their careers and leadership skills. Currently in Paris to attend the Women’s Forum, which this year is about inclusion, she joins us to discuss what she is hoping to achieve. One of her organisation’s main goals is to improve the gender balance on corporate boards. Is legislation the way to go, or is it up to companies and industries to take the initiative? She gives us her take.
