Africax5 was proud to be a partner and sponsor at the BWBAwards held in London Mayfair Hotel for yet another successful evening celebrating black women pioneering in their field. Some of the awards received on the night were for _young entrepreneur of the year, rising star of the year, media personality of the year, Entrepreneur of the year, business of the year, influencer of the year and outstanding achievement_. The night started with guests welcomed on the red carpet, as well as a champagne reception followed by the award ceremony, live music and dance performances. Many respected women were honoured and celebrated for their achievements as well as attendance by some VIP guests some of which included Olympian Perry Shakes-Drayton, News Anchor and Television host Claudia-Lisa Armah and Journalist and Broadcaster Brenda Emmanus as one of the VIP judges. The night was concluded by the guest taking to the dance floor for an after party which was well deserved and enjoyed.
