Women often adopt particular patterns of behaviour and mental models considered appropriate for their gender. These beliefs often create self-limiting behaviours which prevent women from realising their true potential. The women and leadership program at Singapore Management University Executive Development aims to enable women to reach their true potentials. Through this module, participants explore and change the beliefs and behaviours that get in the way of personal and professional success. The programme covers topics such as creating a strategic network for career success, how to lead from a strengths-based perspective and pick up vital skills of negotiation, collaboration as well as executive presence. This video shares with you the experiences of women who have gone through the programme and how it has transformed them.
