On Thursday, October 10th, the SMF held the Fourth Annual Women in Leadership Conference.
The theme of the night was “Agents of Change”, and we celebrated those who we feel empower and inspire change within the industry. We had absolutely incredible speakers, who shared their stories and experiences and how they have been agents of change in their fields.
This year we had the pleasure of hosting Ms. Margot Slattery (Head of Sodexo Ireland and newly appointed Global Chief Diversity Officer), Mrs. Sene Naoupu (International Rugby Player & Businesswoman), Mr. Andrew Keating (Chief Financial Officer of Bank of Ireland and newly appointed in CRH) and Mrs. Siobhan Talbot (CEO of Glanbia). The panel was moderated by Padraig O’Riordan (Senior Partner in Arthur Cox). The conference was kindly sponsored by Davy, Elkstone , SIG & ILIM.
