If you’re a woman in a leadership position, what kind of reaction have you had from those inside and outside your organisation? Are men still reluctant to accept women in positions of power and the decisions they make? Do men feel threatened by the advancement of women in the workplace? Do quota systems help to get women up to parity with men? Or are they a backward step? Are young girls still groomed to be the helper at home rather than someone with ambitious targets?
