Naila Al Moosawi, a leading Emirati from the UAE, a Board level leader, Non-Executive Board Member of ARCET Global, Ignite American School, and others. She has been spearheading diversity & inclusion initiatives across the UAE. Naila will share her challenging and yet exciting journey from base level to the board room.
She will lead a 40-minute session on 20th July at 7 PM GST.
The session will include:
• Citing ways to create a career path to C-Suite leadership for women desirous of taking on leadership roles.
• The need for diversity & inclusion across top-level management and how it enhances the employer’s brand and its multiple benefits.
• How to create a career path to Board level roles for women in leadership roles or desirous of cutting the Board level openings.
• Listing out challenges and gain shareholder’s confidence by nominating yourself and stepping forward independently.
