Our panel of senior women leaders discuss the challenges in building and maintaining a robust cybersecurity workforce. They address how to select, attract and inspire young women to pursue a career in cybersecurity whether in the military, civilian government or industry; the prerequisites required for cybersecurity training; and the effectiveness of current cybersecurity programs in place.
