The topic of discussion was; how does female representation spur growth for institutions? CNBC Africa’s George Ndirangu sat down with Lina Higiro, COO AB Bank, Rwanda; Fatou Aminata LO, Acting UN Representative for UN Women in Rwanda, and Dorian Daley, Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary of the Oracle Corporation. The panel highlighted the attributes of successful women and the lessons and leanings for others.
