In 2015, the Asialink Conversations brought together more than 40 regional leaders across business, government, academia, media and civil society, from Southeast Asia and Australia, to explore the challenges women face in attaining leadership positions. These leaders were invited to share experience and insight from their careers and identify new and innovative ways to elevate more women into leadership, throughout the region.
